5 People You Meet In Heaven - Mitch Absalom I have just read this. Thought it was very good, how all lives are interconnected and how your actions affect others even if you don't know it.
Has anybody else read it?

I loved this book. I had expected it to be a bit harder to read - all deep and meaningful and heavy, but it was quite an easy read. I liked the way that it showed how small actions can have a big impact on the 'destiny' of others as well as the more obvious major events.
I'm keen to read 'Tuesdays with Morrie' by the same author after reading this book. It's nice to read something that was easy to read by had some depth to it, something to get you thinking.

Is it a bit touchy-feely? I'd still read it, but want to know what to expect.

It wasn't touchy feely at all. But like Sooze said easy to read. I like Tuesdays with Morrie as well - read it a long time ago though so a bit fuzzy on the details.

I think that I was prepared for a more heart-string tugging tale when I read this, but was pleasantly surprised that it covered the subject that it did without becoming all sentimental and/or morose. It's thought provoking without making you sob into your hankie.

Ah good - that would be preferable to me (as I am a hard-hearted meanie!) I'll have to borrow it.
