The Rangers Apprentice series - John Flanagan
These are a great teen read and also a great Mum and Dad read. The author I believe lives in the Blue Mountains and the boy on the front cover is local to my area (Bowral). THere is plenty of adventure and a touch of romance. We are waiting on the next book to come out.
